Weekly online group · Wednesdays 9:30am AEST

Parenting support group

A weekly online space for parents and carers who need answers now, not in six months.

Who it's for

Come as you are.

For parents and carers in the thick of it, big feelings, school refusal, screens, separation, or the weeks where nothing seems to work.

Each week you can send your questions in ahead of time, and I answer them live in the session. You'll hear other people's questions too, which can bring relief and help you feel less alone.

What we talk about

  • Big feelings and meltdowns
  • Self-regulation and resilience
  • School refusal
  • Screens and gaming
  • Separation and co-parenting
  • Wednesdays, 9:30am AEST, online. One hour, from anywhere in Australia and overseas.
  • Everyone on screen. Everyone joins on camera so I can see who is in the room, which keeps the space safe for everyone. You don't need to share your name, you can simply watch and listen, and you can submit your questions for me to answer. It's a shared space, and everything you hear stays in the room.
  • Not recorded, ever. For privacy, these sessions are not recorded, so if you can't make a particular week, you can always come along to the next one.
  • $35 per week, no lock-in. Come to as many or as few sessions as you like. Sessions aren't compulsory each week, just come along when you need something answered.

A gentle note: without knowing your full history, it's very hard to speak to every circumstance. These sessions offer general support and guidance rather than individual counselling, and I'll always point you towards the right next step if your situation needs more.

If you'd rather talk one-on-one, private sessions are available in Albert Park and online.
