Big hearts, brave minds
Where little souls grow into big humans.
Happy Souls Kids uses the voices of athletes and role models to teach kids the art of mindfulness and self-regulation. Real heroes, real messages, real impact, a positive scrolling feed of short messages from the role models kids look up to, plus gamified courses that go deeper.
Imagine if kids had the tools we now know as adults. That's the work we do.

Why we built this
Because children deserve the tools we wish we had sooner.

We built Happy Souls Kids because children are growing up in a world that feels louder, faster and heavier than ever before. More kids are struggling with anxiety, big emotions, sensory overwhelm and friendship challenges, especially children who are neurodivergent or experience the world differently.
Happy Souls Kids gives children simple, playful tools to understand themselves, build resilience and feel less alone. Through short videos, real stories and the voices of athletes they look up to, kids learn that big feelings aren't something to fear. They're something they can understand, work with and grow through.
