Where to start
Six ways we might work together.

A note from J
This began in my own home.
My son was struggling with feelings too big for his little body, and I didn't have the tools to help him. The waitlist for support was six to twelve months, so I went back to study and built what I wish we'd had back then.
That became Happy Souls Kids, and it also reshaped my practice. Today I sit with families, kids and workplaces, after a separation, after burnout, after the wheels have come off, and we build the skills back, slowly and honestly.
